Hercules, his son and the King of Thebes share a vision of the coming destruction of Greece. They set out on an preventative adventure and end up in Atlantis, which is ruled by a cult of the god Uranus. They rescue the daughter of the queen of Atlantis and Hercules destroys the place.
Hercules is portrayed as detached and good-natured with the gods at his beck and call. They did a good job with makeup and the production is pretty good on the whole though it looks like it was made quickly. Looks like the producers ran low on money as they use stock footage of volcanic activity for part of the destruction of Atlantis. Not sure it's fair to comment on acting in movies like this, so I won't.
I downloaded the avi file. The video is watchable. There appear to be a few pieces of the film missing, however. The higher frequencies of the audio are washed with noise. I squelched everything above 1 kHz which helped a lot.
